Traditional service
To meet different needs of customers, KOYO provides multiple options of traditional maintenance business.
Regular maintenance: elevators and escalators are maintained once every two weeks, and the maintenance rules of KOYO company are implemented periodically.
Appointed maintenance: in addition to regular maintenance, special personnel will be assigned to provide on duty service for the elevator all day.
Intermediate maintenance: in addition to regular or appointed maintenance, there is no additional charge for the replacement of some specified spare parts.
Full maintenance: except for regular or appointed maintenance, there is no additional charge for the replacement of all other spare parts in the elevator except steel wire rope, cable and car; there is no extra charge for replacement of all other spare parts in the escalator except handrail belt, step, drive sprocket and step chain.
